No — the hardware is provided under an operational lease included in your monthly subscription. At the end of the 36-month term, you can renew with next-generation hardware, or purchase the existing equipment at its residual value.
Yes, you can upgrade (Solo → Professional → Chambers) at any point during the contract. The migration is carried out by our team, with a pro-rata pricing adjustment. Downgrades are possible at contract renewal.
Hardware maintenance is included in your subscription. In the event of a hardware failure, we respond within 48 working hours. If a hardware swap is required, a replacement unit is provided. Your data is protected by encrypted nightly backups.
We offer a full demonstration at your premises, using your real case files, before any commitment. The demo is free and without obligation. The 36-month commitment begins at the signing of the service agreement.
The standard commitment is 36 months, which corresponds to the hardware lease model. Different terms can be discussed depending on your firm's situation — contact us to discuss this during the demo.
